Start preparing this:
Write down her cell phone - try to get the cellphone company number handy
Her license plate number - her license info (probably look in files)
ID she may have with her - the details if you have them
Car info - model, make, year & if it's equipped with GPS tracking system
If equipped with GPS tracking system - get the company info

If she's not back by evening, you'll have the info ready for police when you make your report.

In the meantime - I'd contact her best friend **see if she knows where she is**
Contact her family
If you have info of who's wedding - contact them
If you don't know the people who's wedding she was going to, contact her co-workers for any info they may have.
Try to remember the last time you talked with her & where she was, any indication of the road she took to get there.
If she has text messaging - try to text message her perhaps she can't make calls but can read them/write them.
