What does this have to do with NATS?
If a NATS program sets their minimum payout to $100 then once you go over $100 you will be in the next payout dump. Also, NATS clients can set their minimum payouts to anything they would like. $0, $50, $100, $1000, it is entirely up to the program owner, not NATS.
On top of that, AWE is not a NATS client. I don't see the connection.
