Your assumption is incorrect. The amount you see on top has the bonus added. That means if you set your minimum payout to $100, you will have to earn $100 in order to get paid(and your first payment will have a $100 signup bonus added to it. pretty neat, eh?
). If you set your minimum payout to $1000 you will have to earn $1000 in order to get paid. It's as simple as that.

1. Most affiliate programs that i am aware of have a payout minimum, so stating that there's 'No other program that does this' is incorrect, to say the least.
2. No, we do not pay out based on whether the affiliate promoting us is 'wearing blue shoes or not'.
