Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell, in Iraq you've got Sunni populations who harbour Sunni terrorists and Shia populations which harbour Shia terrorists, and they do almost nothing to expose the terrorists in their midsts. So it hardly warrants much sympathy when they get blown up by terrorists.

Perhaps if they sat down and had a think, perhaps thinking about how just maybe if they abandoned this ridiculous belief system called Islam which is causing all the misery, and perhaps how if they committed themselves to respecting the rights of women, homosexuals, atheists and non-Muslims, and actively took up getting rid of the terrorists who hide amongst them, then maybe just maybe they would be worthy of some sympathy when something bad happens to them.

But the reality of course is that they believe in this fascist Islamic faith which is totally anti-human, so if they get blown up then oh well, never mind.

Of course, the innocents among them deserve some sympathy but not a great deal. The Iraqis got themselves into this mess.
