I think the guy is blind saying she hit her in the eye. He needs glasses and if he has glasses he need a super glasses. Second why she taped her on the head for. Unless they know each other and want to cause drama in the court.
Maybe they had a plan and when she taped her on the head everybody looked at her and something else happen like a crime.
