kinda but like i pointed out ,theres nothing really "against" the father..
he may be a screwup in life but in custody disputes its all about how well you can take care of the children..
He is a millionaire with no job , thus he can spend all day with the kids. He doesnt need to travel and can provide a stable home..
Britney has money too but she travels all the time , is rarely home , just got out of rehab and is out clubbing with no undies on .
I would think its a slam dunk case.. theres isnt anything she could provide that he cant , but theres a few things he could provide that she cant.
