SO THE WEATHER CAUSED MY VALENTINES DAY FLOWERS NOT TO ARRIVE on time!
so this is what i wrote customer service:
Hello, I ordered these flowers 2 weeks ahead of time w/ guaranteed AM delivery for Feb 14th .. to my dissapointment and embarassment the flowers did not arrive on Valentine's Day at all and arrived the next day.
Subsequently I was humiliated when my flowers arrived the next day where it gave the appearance that I had forgotten to give flowers and tried to make up for it...
This experience has been a total nightmare and I have lost face with my girlfriend and her co workers..
I would like to be credited for this purchase so I am able to place another order next week as a suprise and hopefully rekindle the relationship for it as gone to shambles over this incident...
