Why do you not have a choice if you live outside the US? Check fees? Wire costs? Just raise your minimum payment and stop worrying about it.
If you are going to use Epass, get a card, withdraw the funds as they appear in the account, and never make a transaction that twice the total of your daily limit.
This isn't a bank people. Don't treat it like one. Would you leave thousands of dollars sitting at a Western Union office for weeks at a time? No.
Withdraw the money and put it under your mattress or something.
