I get a phone call from a tenent and she tells me that the shower is overflowing and needs to be fixed.

No problem I thought, these things are sent to try us - Except it started 2 FUCKING WEEKS AGO - and it has written off the ceiling and heating in the flat downstairs and the computer of the women in the flat below that!!!!!!

Why the fuck didnt she tell me 2 weeks ago?

My only saving grace is that the bathroom was fitted by a registered builder and Im sure his work was guarenteed for a year.

Not a good day to give up drinking ;(
