There is no membership requirements to submit, and YES autosubmitters are allowed as long as you use my recip. I would suggest AdvancedSubmitter as your submitter because it is highly custumized and you can use it to submit all kinds of sites.
I'll keep submitted sites in my database forever, but for now I'm only listing 75 newest links on each category. Working on a solution to show all links.
