My wife and I had a townhouse with attached garage, which was adjacent to neighbor's garage. Late one night, we're lying in bed and notice horrible exhaust fumes filling our place. After investigating, we discovered the guy next door, drunk, running his truck in his garage and playing loud country music. My wife called the cops ? they came, and saved his life ? he was already unconcious in a suicide attempt; an attempt that could have killed us in our sleep from his damn fumes...
