I'm not a big fan of any of the bullshit diet plans, but did you ever watch the show Celebrity Fit Club on VH1? The doctor on the show, Dr Ian Smith, developed a kick ass diet plan. The only problem is the first 8 days is a detox period where you can eat as much as you want , but it is all fruit and veggies. I can tell you from experience it does work.

interesting , just fruit n veggies? tbh i aint looking for a quick fix llose it fast thinging.... it is more of a lifestyle change for me. Eat right , work out and so on.... I never really jumped aboard all these fad diets n such tbh...
I am gonna stick to old routine which worked when i was younger and in tip top shape..... Weight training , cardio and a proper diet
