Since WHEN did it become the STATES responsibility? And worse yet - since when do parents think its right for the STATE to decide whats RIGHT to teach their childreen?
Perhaps, we should jsut hand the little crumb-crunchers over to a state facility when they are school age so they can be raised by the state, who will send them back to their parents at age 18, endoctrinated with their carreers chosen for them based on what the state needs.
