I learned about the different kinds of sex, anal, oral, vaginal, whatever. The reason they do it is to show them an alternative that doesn't result in pregnancy. Giving a blowjob won't knock your daughter up.
Talk to her about it. I am positive that she knew about blowjobs and buttsex before today...if she's twelve, statistically speaking, there's a good chance she's going to be giving blowjobs very soon, if she hasn't already.
I don't mean to insult you or your daughter, but it's the way of life nowdays...Most first-year highschoolers are having sexual intercourse, let along BJs, and here that means 13 and 14 years old.
I think the best thing you can do is really monitor how she talks and reacts to these types of things. By now, she is pretty well already the person she will be for the rest of her life. There isn't much you can change about her wanting to do these things if she does, but you sure as hell can stop it from happening by giving her a strict curfew, calling the other kid's parents before she goes over, and not letting her date losers...
Sigh...it's got to be hard to accept that.
