This could be problems (2257)

I received this email from my distributor this morning
"According to FBI Special Agent Chuck Joyner's attendance and participation at XBiz's Hollywood Conference '07 in regards to the current and future 2257 inspections, when a US distributor is selling a Foreign shot Adult Video in the US, that were shot outside the US, the paperwork must be that of US standard ? i.e. The producer of the foreign movie must be a citizen of , or have a passport from that country in which the movie was shot in. The model releases must be in English and in the native language from which the movie was shot in. A notarized statement, as well as picture ID, (Passport), from the Producer must accompany all paperwork stating that all the verbiage and ID?s have been translated accordingly and fall under US Federal guidelines." This could be messy if indeed a foreign national is required to be the producer. Does anybody have info?
