I try not to get up at all if I can help it
but I did just try walking down the stairs to the kitchen and nearly broke my neck - turning up for a fairly important meeting unable to stand or string a descent sentance together may not be one of my better ideas.....
I will have to phone and say my Grandmother died - I just wont tell them it was 20 years ago
