I have an HP server with Windows Server 2003 on it for the office, We use Terminal services and run 5 computers as thin clients, and have 5 computers that run a remote desktop with terminal services.
And 6 computers that just use it as a data server.

The machine is a dual xeon dual core 3.0 with 3 gb of ram, 15k rpm drives.

My questions are, I just ordered 10 copies of Office 07 when it ships.
But there are 16 users, only 10 will be using the office though, this wont cause problems will it?
This will be my first software install without the guys that helped set everything up. So I am not sure if it even installs just like it would on a normal desktop.

I also need some kind of log program that will log what programs are being ran, for how long, and how long they are idle in the program.

I would also like to have 3 of the remote user names to ONLY have access durring specific hours, I am not sure how to do this though.

I have a million other questions, but google has been pretty helpful. I should probably pick up a book too. Not sure if we will be going to server 07 when its out either, not sure if its worth it.
