If it is raining/snowing: Sure, it's his job, but they have no control over the weather, and customers would freak out if they had to wait an extra day so they could watch Tyra on the CW.

If he has to crawl under the house: Hey you cheap bastard, you should have had your house pre wired when it was built.

If it's a weekend: Cable guys do most of their work on the weekends because you are too cheap to take a half day off to get your fix of Jerry Springer.

If he has to deal with your yapping, ankle biting little fuck of a rat you call a dog: Yeah, you know who you are.
