Waiters, bartenders, bathroom attendants, and hairdressers are the only people I tip.
I'll give movers a cold beer, they seem to appreciate that more.
Everyone else can fuck off. Including those annoying hotel attendants. I can carry my own luggage, thank you very much.
edit: forgot about taxi drivers, I always tip them because when I am in a taxi it always means I am drunk.
