I had an experience in a posh London resturant like that - but it was the second time I had gone in that night.....
The first time I handed him a fiver as I didnt have any coins and he bitched when I walked out the second time without leaving anything.
The third time I went in I gave him a tip - but it wasnt the sort he was expecting
