I went on a trip to Toronto with my black roommate at the time and when we stopped for gas right outside of Windsor, Ontario the gas station attendant was giving him some odd looks. When we got back into the car he mentioned it and I looked at him and said, "Didn't you know...there are no black people in all of Canada!" I had him convinced for the next hour or so until I started laughing and he figured it out.
