You speak the truth. When I first moved here it was about 10% black and was extremely peaceful. Now it's about 70% black or so and it's quite the mess. You can't leave anything unlocked here -- if you do, consider it stolen. I made the mistake of leaving the garage door open for about five minutes when I got sidetracked cooking... in that short window I had around $2k worth of tools and a $4k generator stolen. In FIVE minutes. I never had to worry about those problems six years ago when it was predominately white.
