I don't see a correlation between my response to this guy who has adopted a patronizing tone in communicating with me and accused me of spamming, and the level of support that will be offered to the buyer. I would want to see your reaction when somebody would do that to you.
I can assure you that the level of support provided to the buyer will be excellent.
Hope you'll reconsider.
