Here's a big truth about spam despite what many say here.
The majority of the spammers will remove you from the list if you use their unsubscribe link. With only a casino exception, whenever I attempt to remove my email from a list it always happens. It doesn't happen the same day,but in short period of time the emails stop. Next time you receive an email you don't like/want/hate etc use the link. It works almost all the time.
