I have no problem saying this, you take a random sampling of 100 groups of black kids in that age group, and you take another random sampling of 100 groups of white kids in that age group, violence will be at least 75% higher amongst blacks...
can't be racist if you're pointing out facts... when many of them get in groups they act like a bunch of fucking monkeys.
