I wonder how Chinese taste? Really. There are so many of them that they just might be the solution to the world hunger problem. Besides, the basic principle of supply & demand dictates a lower price on the meat of Chinese citizens (Grade A cuts of course) compared to beef or chicken.

I'm told that with some fava beans and a nice chianti they are quite good.
