my mom would be bitching that was overdone - thats just between rare and medium-rare your also looking at the fat end, the tail end is medium-rare
i cant understand why anyone would want to cook an $85 piece of tenderloin any longer =] im always happy to throw your piece on the grill for a minute or two on each side
