ya, I know it ain't easy. Is there anything you can compare it to? Did you have the straight up Honey Mead, or was it Melomel (fruit added), Metheglin (herbs/spices added) or Pyment (grapes added)?
Was it "get drunk" worthy, or just something like a desert wine?
