Sorry, didn't edit "technical side" fast enough..here's more detail about what I was trying to say..
Analytically:
1) Give key input and guidance to graphic user interface and optimal purchase and user paths. This includes knowledge in affiliate behaviors and preferences, market intelligence and general marketing as it relates to the product and cross-promotional traffic generation within the Web Marketing environment.
2) Read and analyze data and be able to make the decisions that positively affect the affiliate engagement & Online subscriptions.
3) Digest and analyze key sales data and to use that data to optimize sales, consumer click paths and improve on abandonment & cancellation rates.
4) Aggressively consult with external partners/sources. Cross-marketing with current contacts from previous shows, using their retention tools to keep a high subscription rate.
5) Ability to think outside the box and cooperate/share data with external partners for ways to grow overall customer satisfaction and repeat purchases & activity.
6) Find more emerging technologies and how these affect consumer touch points and interaction (and repeat activity).
7) Figure out efficiencies that can be utilized across organizations for ways to counteract dissatisfied customers.
8) Attend prominent industry trade shows to expand partner, traffic trades and retention tools. e.g. Internext, XBiz Awards, Costa Rica, Phoenix Forum
