"On The Waterfront" with Brando, plus Lee J. Cobb, Rod Steiger, and Karl Malden, was a classic, and perhaps Brando's best role, although many people will remember him most for his early classic performance as Stanley Kowalski, in "A Street Car Named Desire".
I also very much enjoyed the motorcycle badboy flick, "The Wild One", which pitted Brando opposite Lee Marvin.
Brando defintely owned the role as Fletcher Christian in "Mutiny on the Bounty", as he did as Col. Kurtz in "Apocolypse Now", and as Paul in "Last Tango in Paris".
To crown his brilliant career, he "WAS" the one, and only, Don Corleone..."The Godfather"...
