Absolutely! Make sure you have images in the posts, in 'description' tag. And thumbnails are OK but the real gold is in at least 400x400px images. Embedded movie clips are great too. Be prepared for a huge bandwidth requirement though. A decent block of text to accompany the image is another advantage, and linked keywords therein will put you right at the top of the best RSS feeds list.
Hope this gives you a few pointers, and I think most webmasters who know their shit will agree with my points.
