I have tried direct email twice as well as the web form with no results, so I am turning here as a last resort.

Amateur-Cutie-Content = great company in all of my dealings with them over the years, but for some reason after my recent content order I am unable to reach you guys to get the "personal" shots that should come with my set. Are you having email problems?
