1) Please check that the address in your account is correct and email me your UserID and I will order a replacement card for you if it has been lost in the mail. Replacement cards are sent about 4 weeks before your current card expires.
2) If you can provide your ID and the sponsors we will gladly look into this, I haven't heard of any similar problems.
3) We are getting a high number of calls we are working on adding and training more staff as quickly as we can.
4) The processor we use for bank withdrawals is experiencing a delay in sending the transfers. We are working with them to get this solved as quickly as possible, the withdrawals are being sent but with a slight delay.
