I decided to purchase a new C Drive and try it out. If it doesn't work I will just install my old C drive with XP and be back in Biz.
FYI: I also bought the full Install OEM version of Vista ultimate for $199 from Fry's electronics.

Actually there is no speed improvement at all. Furthermore, your usual 32-bit applications will be a bit slower if you run them in 64-bit OS. Only native 64-bit applications, which use all the advantages of 64-bit CPU architecture will work faster than their 32-bit analogies and ONLY in case if they were rewritten right.
So don't be surprised if you notice some speed decrease when you run Prohoshop CS 2 or any other 32-bit application in WinXP 64 or Vista 64.
BTW, Photoshop CS 2 works a way much solver in Vista 32/64 than if it run in XP 32/64 - that's a fact!
