I've used several hosts and hostgator are the only ones that have gotten it right in terms of service, cost and uptime. I can't be any more happy with them, shame you are having problems - take comfort in the fact it happens to us all  |
I dont know anymore, i have a ticket open it started at urgent now its at critical since last night, its a 10mb site, took them all night to respond when it hit critical so i am not sure about this 5min response
Anyway I am done bitchin... my fault for going with a cheap solution, no one to blame but myself
