Takes a bit of effort to prepare properly, but try layering (top to bottom) Tia Maria (can be replaced with Kahlua), Baileys and Cointreau. Set fire to the Cointreau and (quickly!) drink through a straw in one go so you get the Tia Maria first, then Baileys, then flaming Cointreau. Force yourself to keep sucking and you'll get the flame as well.

Then repeat until you can't stand up. Fire extinguishers are handy if you intend drinking this much.
