A few months back they lost their ability to process mastercard and informed people there would be a 6 month delay in sending out money owed to webmasters using them. While the money lost was small in comparison to an IBill or Paymonde, until they pay out the money they owe, I would not use them.
Moreover, they also charge fees to even get a payout, beyond the regular fees and reserve. It seemed geared to getting people to run up large amounts in their accounts. I am not sure how many people ever got payments from them at all.
