I'm a little late to this post, but it seems to me that all of the slut and whore-ism has to do with a girl's self respect. In the real world outside of sex-positive communities and porn there are girls who will sleep with anyone or do anything in a pointless search for acceptance. They're giving away everything because they have no self worth. For fat, ugly, and obnoxious dudes those girls might be very appealing because they might actually go for them.
At the same time it seems that there are some porn stars who can do the dirtiest things but seem in control of their lives and fully aware of their self worth. They'll do the dirtiest things on their terms.
A guy who will sleep with any girl no matter how fat and ugly will be seen by his friends as a whore.
