Maybe this is not the right thread but it is the latest concerning Ibill so heres goes.
It seems that with the new 7 months hold back on the 10% and the fact that it seems European webmasters are being made to wait a few more days for their money and were they charger the Visa/MC $750?
IBill could be in trouble or just fucking with clients. either way not a good advert.
