umm are you serious..? women come out all the time about rape.. The reason why so many women come out and EXPOSE the rapists is so that it doesnt happen to other women.

So your saying everyone should just keep quiet, we all know rape exists but nobody should talk about it or inform people when there is an active rapist on the loose , because it will incite other rapists..
