Are you really going to argue that the Constitution does not empower Congress to create legislation? lol Why hasn't every social program ever produced by Congress been ruled unconstitutional?
Wait.. let me guess.. its because your personal interpretation of the Constitution is correct and the Supreme Court, all the Federal Courts, the Legislature and the Executive branch have had it all wrong for the last 200 years. Which, of course, is another common right wing delusion

You must truely be a whiny ass liberal waiting for a wefare check...
If you knew anyhing about the constitution then you wouldn't be attemting to make these arguments.
We've all seen how the Judical brach now attempts to legislate from the bench. Hell, the President sending a bill to Congress is in violation.
Wait you are only going to bring up things against your agenda.
The Consitution was written specifially to protect individuual citizens from a tyrannical governement.... to protect their rights as individuals (cause you've proven to be slow).
Your arguement that the general welfare of the United States applies to citizens is not only off the mark... frankly it's stupid.
