LMAO. No they are not, the different versions are so MS can make more money, pure and simple.
Every copy of Vista is the same, ie every DVD has ALL the features on it. The license just determines which is installed. And what's also interesting is that all the features are installed on your machine. So if you install Home Basic, all the features of Ultimate are on your machine, you just can't access them
