Ok well if you are married to a Canadian then you can apply for permanent residency.
You should have done that a long time ago, like when you got married.
So once you do that you can then you can get medical. Either way you better call Victoria and find out the actual loophole is.
Either way the way I look at is if you paid your MSP or if they back date it, you will have paid or will owe 6k. Which is about the same as you bills.
So you have broken even.

Do you have a SSN? or have you been working illegally in Canada? and not paying any income taxes either?
