Yes, they sure do manage to find a gaggle of stupid people every time they do one of those impromptu surveys. I hazard a guess one could stand on any streetcorner of any city anywhere and stop passersby randomly and you would come up with a certain % of them being utterly clueless.

Strangely enough though, people from so many countries around the world come to or are sent to the USA to attend their colleges and universities every year. Interesting that the country most laughed at and ridiculed for "stupidity" is also one of the most popular destinations for those seeking higher learning.
