NATS is a great program - but our size and direction of our business model led us to a place where we needed a lot of customization for tools, features, and such.

As has been mentioned before, due to the insane amount of traffic we've been receiving, we've had sparratic slow-downs for the last couple of days that might have affected sales.

We've pegged the problem as being caused by an overtaxing of our database and have modified our network to deal with 100 times the amount of traffic now.... so we're hopefully (/knock on wood) good to go.

I do feel ya, man... but I assure you, these are all just brief growing pains as we settle into the new system. You've been with us before all this, so you know the people you're dealing with, and you know the product we produce.... and you know what stats it normally generates.

It's only going to get better from here.

If you have any questions, comments, concerns, or whatever... you can always hit me up on ICQ - or direct an email my way. I'd be happy to give your stats a more critical eye, or whatever else you might need.
I appreciate your comments and they sound legit enough. Things have gotten better since yesterday for me. I just thought it odd especially when the stats from the previous day kept disappearing on and off... So it made me wonder what the fuck was happening...

Probably had to do with admins figuring past days sales can be taken off line when the load is high since thousands of Stats Remotes hitting the stats can be taxing... especially when it loads a new program and grabs days to months worth of data (or tries to anyway).

Just about the only thing that annoys me with nats is that most CCBILL sponsors that had awesome POTD tools and such lose them when they make the NATS switch over... Why doesn't NATS have a POTD module when the owner runs a teen program that would benefit from it?

Maybe I need to make another thread...

To the rest of you... V_RocKs is officially liking his ratio now.... the drama is over and D seems to be a good duy... even though we never shook hands at an Internext!
