I'm not very familiar with "supermarket laws" in the US, but seriously, what's the point? I mean, if you're buying beer, you're going to drink it and then you'll smell like beer. So they won't sell it to you if you already smell like beer?
I mean, I know that this is supposed to stop rampant drunks, but stop and think for a minute. It seems like a retarded way to do it. Imagine you just had one beer. Your breath will smell like beer. They're not going to sell you another one because "one is enough"?
Man, sometimes I just love living in the third world.
