Sorry to get off subject. Lsten keep developing sites, I taught my wife how to design and she even has a bachelors in art. She's scared of the computer. It all takes practice. I designed over 30 major label album covers. And I still have problem's transfering them to the web. I designed this webfront http://www.Meetmelissa.com. It's ok but it kicked my ass. Because I was thinking paper, not internet. It has no blend or smoothness.
But one thing I can say I promote so many sites like yours and have made more money on the amateur stuff than what I have on the progalleries. Keep up the good work you'll get it soon. And as far as going to school taking Photoshop classes. That's for sissy's, I dropped out of college I'm 31 and retired. Someone told me I wouldn't be nothing, So I married his daughter and started a graphics design company. Later on I brought his car dealership from him (his Dream) to help him get back on his feet. I sold it for next to nothing two weeks later. Know who's nothing!! So all the pussies who talk shit on you look at there sites and what they own and make them your bitch. FT: seriously, if you plan to make that kind of splash for your own use, and maybe they work (who knows?), then it's OK. From a design pov, it's simply awful, it's not like people trying to bashing you or something lik that (even when this board consists mainly on it
), it simply doesn't look nice, or interesting or anything. Like someone else said, keep working and some months from now you'll look back and realize what are we trying to say
