I actually save any email correspondence and put it on the same dvd for each girl. Also make sure if you are shooting content you form an llc. This will protect your home and assets outside of the business. Make sure your release forms are done by a lawyer and all in order. TN isnt all that bad on shooting porn. Especially with what we shoot its fairly mild stuff. Do you think Georgia is any easier on porn than TN?

See this is where people decide to go into the content business and really dont know.
There were at least two obscenity arrests in TN for video store owners in 2006. The first people on the net to be hit with an obscenity conviction happened in TN, even though they operated their business out of CA.
Now in GA actually we dont have a obscenity law currently it was stuck down. GA is much safer than TN Rookie. Mike South was on the cover of Creative Loafing as the porn king of Atlanta and nothing happen to him.Its more then just my lawyer to deal with if the girl papers the whole area where you live with you have a pornographer living next door to you. You dont live in the most open minded state so I would rethink your im going to be the tough business man unless your planning on moving. You have a family to consider.
