Right that would be an issue for my lawyer to worry about. And as said above we do a pre shoot interview with the girls and explain how the shoot will go, allow them to ask any questions. Make sure EVERYTHING is VERY clear ON VIDEO! We videotape them signing the release and us getting copies of their ids. I actually save any email correspondence and put it on the same dvd for each girl. Also make sure if you are shooting content you form an llc. This will protect your home and assets outside of the business. Make sure your release forms are done by a lawyer and all in order. TN isnt all that bad on shooting porn. Especially with what we shoot its fairly mild stuff. Do you think Georgia is any easier on porn than TN?
