You can take that approach. However, as a business owner, it is all about limiting your liability. Remember, this is the United States of America where anyone can sue anyone else for anything at any time. Bogus lawsuit? It will get thrown out of court. 10 to 20 thousand dollars later.
There are plenty of sleazy lawyers out there that would take a case like this and charge a 6 blow job retainer, 3 fucks a month fee, and anal when the case is won. There is a greater than 75/25 chance that if a case like this was filed, it would proceed without getting thrown out. Pussy is infinite, $$$$'s are finite.
Again, its all about limiting liability.
